Our return policy gives you 30 days from the date of delivery to return any product, provided it's new, unused and in the original packaging as received.
If an item is opened and deemed to be defective within 30 days from the date of delivery, please return the item to us and we will replace it with an identical item or issue full credit.
If an item is opened and brand new you can still return the item for a refund minus the cost of shipping to you.
All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Sorry, we cannot accept returns for any reason after 30 days from the date of delivery.
When returning any item you must contact customer service and recieve and RGA Number and Form. We also require the customer to clearly write the RGA# on the outside of the box. No returns will be accepted without a RGA#. Please contact our customer service department at for a return goods authorization number or email us at or E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item is returned and not in 100% new sellable condition, we will credit 75% of the original selling price minus shipping and handling costs. If the item you are returning had free shipping then our original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
