Utilizing FedEx, USPS and YRC Freight, we deliver your item to your home or business with the greatest efficiency and highest quality of service in the industry. Every order placed with Craig's Affordable Tools is picked and packed with care and shipped within one business day. If you place your order before 3:00pm EST and the item is in stock at our warehouse it will ship same day.
Item Tracking:
We automatically send tracking information to all customers with an email address so you can easily track your package. Please check your email and click on the supplied link from the shipping company to track your item. Exceptions are packages shipped through USPS.
Handling and Delivery Times:
Every package order with Craig's Affordable Tools is picked and packed with care and shipped the same day if payment is received before 3:00 PM Eastern Time zone. You can expect your item within 2-5 business days of shipment. Items weighing over 70 LBS are not eligible for guaranteed delivery times.
Freight Shipping:
Free Freight Shipping to a commercial address, residential address or freight dock located in the lower 48 United States. We offer free residential delivery ($166 value), free notify before delivery ($52.50 value), and free lift gate ($159 value). Send us a message confirming your service needs.
Most freight items will be shipped the same day as payment is received. Inside delivery, limited access delivery, guaranteed delivery and international delivery are all extra service charges. We will contact you if any of these charges apply. Please include your company name, full name, active phone number, email address and delivery address with your order or payment.

Canada Shipping Policy:
We currently use FedEx, USPS and multiple different freight carriers for our Canadian shipping.
Please include your telephone number with your order. No International orders will ship without a valid phone number. The listed shipping price does not include extended delivery areas. If you are in an extended service area we will contact you for the extra shipping charges.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company or when you pick the item up. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
Shipping Insurance:
If you purchased optional shipping insurance, you are 100% covered for parts, replacement parts, shipping costs or product replacement.
Shipping insurance is optional for all of our products. All shipping charges, replacement item costs, and replacement part charges are to be paid by the customer if shipping insurance was not purchased at the time of sale.
If your item is lost in shipping you will be 100% fully covered for the product value and shipping costs for the replacement item if you purchased optional shipping insurance. A replacement will be sent as soon as the shipping company declares the item lost. Without optional shipping insurance, you will be covered up to $100 if your item is lost.
Shipping Damage:
If shipping insurance was purchased you are 100% covered for parts, replacement parts shipping, and/or product replacement at Craig's Affordable Tools discretion. In the rare event that your item arrived damaged please call customer service at 734-224-7758. We may ask you to take pictures of the damages and email them to us.
All shipping charges and replacement part charges are to be paid by the customer if shipping insurance was not purchased at the time of sale.
