When it comes to tools, options are endless. It is no
different in the Automotive realm of things either. We are so happy to be able
to offer such a wide variety of products across so many different categories
for our customers. Let’s talk about what we have!
We currently offer Lab-Metal, Hi-Temp Lab-Metal and Lab-Solvent from Alvin Products. Lab-metal is a ready to use compound designed to fill dents and flaws in metal and nonmetal parts easily and economically. With the use of Lab-solvent, Lab-metal can be thinned for use on any surface to provide a rustproof, water resistant, hard metal finish. Hi-Temp Lab-metal adheres permanently to any clean and dry metal, wood, hard plastic, glass, plaster, or porcelain surface. Its strong bond withstands vibration and other difficult conditions. Once hardened it can be machined, ground, filed and sanded to a smooth finish. Hi-Temp Lab-metal is impervious to the attack of rust, rot, and mildew. It is not affected by varying climatic conditions, and the hardened metal can be coated with powder or liquid coatings. The Lab-solvent cuts grease, oil, and dirt, and is recommended as a metal cleaner and degreaser. It prepares surfaces for lab-metal and high-temperature lab-metal applications and removes paint quickly and efficiently. Lab-solvent can be used to thin lab-metal to paint consistency for brushing or spraying a metallic coating.
Not all automotive work can be done alone – but having the right tools can sure make a huge difference. We currently offer engine hoists at 1 Ton, 2 Ton, and 3 Ton weight limits as well as a 2 Ton load leveler to assist in lifting/lowering large or awkward loads. In addition, we also have a hydraulic door installer and remover to help make the awkward job of holding and securing the door that much easier.
Storing or traveling with your motorcycle can be a stressful time, but it doesn’t have to be. Our wheel chocks are ideal for trailering your motorcycle or performing maintenance. It can be used with a trailer or pick-up truck for safe transportation of your motorcycle, or it can also be used in your garage or shop while not in use. With non-slip feet and a self-locking system, you can be confident your motorcycle will be safe and sound.
We currently sell over 70 different products from Andrew Mack including brushes, brush sets, magnetic tape, and brush boxes. Through months, and probably years, of experimentation with various brushes, Andrew finally developed what is now known as the ‘Mack Striping Pencil’. Soon the demand for Mr. Mack’s brushes was so great that it was time to strike out on his own and enter the manufacturing of striping brushes. Andrew Mack resigned from the Deal factory in 1891 and was destined to originate one of the most unique manufacturing companies in the world.

These two categories on our site go pretty hand in hand with each other.
